You can return or exchange your products within 14 days from the date of arrival of your product. Since our products must meet high hygiene standards, we can only take back unused and undamaged products returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and with original packaging. Shipping charges are non refundable. If your purchase is delayed in customs, please contact customer service for approval for a late return.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact the shipping company immediately.

Select the product & fill out our return form. You will receive a return confirmation and order return sheet by email.

Return it
Safely pack the product(s) and return sheet into a bag or box and send it back to the address stated on the order return sheet.

Money back
You will receive your money back within 14 days after your products have arrived at our warehouse.
