For all lucky draws carried out or directly sponsored by niniko.co.uk these terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply. Further terms adjustments for specific lucky draws indicated on the respective draw page may apply.

1. The Lucky Draw is open to all niniko.co.uk's shoppers and (affiliated) websites’ visitors (“Shoppers”). niniko.co.uk may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Lucky Draw.

2. Employees of niniko.co.uk and its related companies and/or sponsors for the Lucky Draw (if applicable), and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3. To participate meet the conditions indicated on the Lucky Draw's specific site.

4. Only one entry per participant.

5. The Lucky Draw shall be held at niniko.co.uk's office 1 day after the specified end of the participation period. (“Draw Date”)

6. There shall be three (3) winners for the Lucky Draw, except if indicated otherwise on the Lucky Draw's page. Each winner will receive one (1) of the prizes indicated on the Lucky Draw's page. (“Prize”)

7. Winners shall be notified via email within 7 days from Draw Date. In the event that the winner does not respond acceptance within 3 days of notification, niniko.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and the prize will be given to the next qualified winner.

8. Winners shall redeem their Prize within 60 days of the Draw Date and shall comply with any instructions specified by niniko.co.uk. In the event a winner fails to redeem his/her Prize within 60 days of the Draw and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by niniko.co.uk, the Prize may be forfeited at niniko.co.uk's absolute discretion.

9. The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will be no replacement in the event the Prize is lost or stolen.

10. niniko.co.uk reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

11. niniko.co.uk reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.

12. niniko.co.uk's decisions on all matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Lucky Draw, these Terms or any decision made by niniko.co.uk in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained.

13. niniko.co.uk shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or any of the Prizes.

14. niniko.co.uk reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Lucky Draw shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.

15. By entering the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to niniko.co.uk for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes niniko.co.uk may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided niniko.co.uk with consent.
